San Juan
1 1/2 ounces light rum
1 ounce grapefruit juice
1 teaspoon cream of coconut
2 teaspoons lime juice
1/3 cup crushed ice
2 teaspoons 151-proof rum
1. Pour all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend for 15 seconds on low speed.
3. Pour into chilled deep-saucer champagne glass.
4. Float 151-proof rum on top. |
