Isle of the Blessed Coconut
1 1/2 ounces light rum
1/2 ounce cream of coconut
1/2 ounce lime juice
1/4 ounce lemon juice
1/4 ounce orange juice
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/3 cup crushed ice
1. Pour all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend for 15 seconds on low speed.
3. Pour into a chilled deep-saucer champagne glass.
4. Garnish with a toasted coconut slice.
