Calm Voyage
1/2 ounce Galliano
1/2 ounce passion fruit syrup
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 ounce light rum
1/2 egg
1/3 cup crushed ice
1. Pour Galliano, passion fruit syrup, lemon juice,
rum, egg half, and crushed ice into a blender.
2. Blend at low speed for 15 seconds.
3. Pour into a chilled deep saucer champagne glass.
